The RowCal Homeowner and Board App provides a convenient and user-friendly platform to interact with your community association. It allows you to manage payments, view your account status, and access essential community information, all in one centralized location.

If you already have credentials for your association's website, you can seamlessly log in to the app using the same email address and password. For new users, registering is a simple process - just click on the register button and provide your details. Upon registration approval, you will receive an email containing a link to set up your password, granting you direct access to your account through the app.

In case you forget your password, the app offers a 'Forgot Password' option. By entering your email address, you can request a password reset link to create a new password for logging in.

Upon successful login, homeowners can enjoy various features such as:

 <li>Easily managing multiple properties</li>
 <li>Accessing the Homeowner Dashboard</li>
 <li>Browsing association documents</li>
 <li>Exploring association directories and photos</li>
 <li>Accessing the Contact Us Page</li>
 <li>Conveniently paying assessments</li>
 <li>Reviewing violations and adding comments or attaching pictures from their mobile devices</li>
 <li>Submitting ACC Requests with pictures and attachments directly from their devices</li>
 <li>Accessing their homeowner ledger</li>
 <li>Submitting work orders, monitoring their status, adding comments, and attaching pictures via mobile devices</li>
</ul>

Moreover, Board Members can leverage unique functionalities like:

 <li>Managing Board Tasks efficiently</li>
 <li>Reviewing ACC Requests</li>
 <li>Accessing Board documents</li>
 <li>Reviewing violations recorded within the community</li>
